A contrasting chain makes this double necklace really special. a beautiful natural amethyst drop hangs on a 16" chain above a raindrop-shaped lotus pendant. The two are joined at the sides by hand-wrapped, dainty amethyst rondelles and a single fine chain completes the back of the necklace. It is easy to see how amethyst came to be the stone of contentment when one regards this little beauty! Open space above the lotus highlights its importance by drawing the eye directly down to its finely drawn petals.

I purchased this necklace on Satya Jewelry web site at $74.34 and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. The piece seems smaller than it pictured and amethyst looks and feels like acrylic. Also the two chains get wrapped around each other so I have to unwrap them constantly.
