A sturdy, pitcher,with an easy to grasp handle, and an elegant piece of crystal.
We use it on our formal dining table, and it holds its own with the expensive stuff.

I bought this pitcher to put on the holiday table with iced water. It will be perfect! It is a beautiful shape and has an impressive weight. The base is large enough so the pitcher sits firmly without teeter. I couldn't be more pleased!

I bought this for my sister because she was looking for a large nice glass pitcher. This was one of the largest that I could find. I looked and looked and 96 oz is really almost as large as you can find online. Well I had it shipped to her house for Christmas and she opened it this morning. We used it for brunch today and it does not hold any where near 96 oz. It barely holds 80 oz if you don't want it to spill when you are moving it. Filled to the brim it only held 84 oz. I am so mad at Amazon because they should know better than to false advertise a product. This was shipped and sold from Amazon and so I expected more. I don't normally write reviews, but the size difference was too big for me not too. If you are buying this to have a basic glass or crystal pitcher but you don't need a large one then it is okay, but if you are buying this for its size DON'T BUY IT! YOU WILL BE JUST AS MAD AND FURIOUS AS I WAS.

This pitcher is a nice shape, and came well packed (no cracks or breakage as some reported). It's just a plain water pitcher. I bought it to round out a waterford wine glass set for a friend of mine, and if it hadn't had the waterford sticker on it, I would never have thought it was anything special. A little disappointing, but did not return it. It will do the job.
